Enjoy a SAIL Brunch with DAF PV during SAIL 2025 on August 23, 2025. Sail along with "De Stortemelk" and experience an unforgettable SAIL experience on the IJ, alongside the majestic Tall Ships, impressive naval vessels, and beautiful historical (steam) boats of SAIL 2025. We will make a round trip in the exclusive IJ harbor where most of the Tall Ships are docked.

"De Stortemelk" is a former ferry that has previously sailed between Denmark and Sweden, and between Terschelling and Harlingen. The ship has now been converted into a charming passenger vessel. With several salons and outdoor decks, including a fantastic panoramic deck with views all around, the ship offers the perfect ambiance. Come aboard, enjoy the panorama deck, and experience the wonderful atmosphere of SAIL 2025!

SAIL Amsterdam program (adjusted program):

  • 07:45 AM Departure from DAF to Amsterdam with a luxury coach. You can park your car at P28, which is the parking lot past the PV pavilion. The coach will already be waiting for you at 07:15 AM.  
  • 10:00 AM Arrival at the coach stop De Ruijterkade Oost Amsterdam. We weill walk to dock 14 behind Amsterdam Central Station. 
  • 10:30 AM Boarding and reception with coffee and tea. 
  • 10:45 AM Departure for an unforgettable SAIL experience aboard the ship "De Stortemelk" on the IJ, along the majestic Tall Ships, impressive naval vessels, and beautiful historic (steam) boats of SAIL 2025. We will also take a tour of the exclusive IJ harbor where most of the Tall Ships are located. Enjoy the great atmosphere on and around the water from the outdoor decks. 
  • 11:30 AM You can enjoy a delicious lunch buffet on board. 
  • 02:00 PM Disembarkation near Amsterdam Central Station. The rest of the afternoon is free time for you to explore Amsterdam. 
  • 05:00 PM The coach will be ready for us again at the coach stop De Ruijterkade Oost Amsterdam for departure back to Eindhoven. 
  • 07:00 PM We expect to be back at DAF in Eindhoven.

 

We offer our members and their resident family members this day for the price of €99.00 per person.

Non-members pay €125.00 per person but can only participate if there are available spots.
