DAF Employee Association annual meeting 2026

All members of the Staff Association are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 9 June, starting at 8:00 PM.

The meeting will be held in the PV pavilion on the DAF premisses.

The agenda for this meeting is as follows:

  2. Minutes of the members' meeting 2025
  3. Annual report 2025 by the secretary
  4. Financial report 2025 by the treasurer
  5. Report from the audit committee
  6. Election of board members
  7. Discussion of the budget 2026 and approval of membership fees
  8. Incoming correspondence
  9. Announcements
  10. Election of the audit committee
  11. Open floor
  12. Closing

In accordance with the regulations, John Lutgens (secretary) and Henri van der Laar (board member) are stepping down from the main board.

Members may submit nominations until 1 June by sending an email to the Secretariat of the Staff Association.
