040FIT Health Club is a new concept established by the 040FIT group.
The entire training can be fully automated on all the strength machines that you would find in a regular gym. This way, you can achieve more results in a shorter time. Guidance is provided by certified lifestyle coaches from 040FIT Health Club.

At 040FIT Health Club, you can work out 365 days a year from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
As a member of 040FIT Health Club, you can also work out at all other 040FIT locations and Sportcentrum Harks.
