Buy paint and painting materials at a discount
You can visit all branches of paint wholesaler VVB Husan (e.g. in Helmond, Woensel or De Hurk) and branches of Sikkens Zuid Oost (e.g. in Eindhoven: Grobbendonkstraat 30)
Upon presentation of a DAF card, you as a DAF employee will receive a 20% discount on paint and a 15% discount on non-paint items.
This promotion excludes specials such as work clothes and electronics.
Total fuel card – discounted refuelling
The Total fuel card allows for discounted refuelling at any Total and Elan petrol stations throughout the Netherlands. This discount is now being increased!
A minimum discount of 9% already applies to all Total and Elan stations in the Netherlands, including on the motorways. This discount is calculated against the national recommended retail price.
At three local petrol stations, the discount is now even bigger:
- Total Haagdijk Eindhoven (to the right of the DAF main gate)
- Total Sterrenlaan Veldhoven
- Total Nieuwe AA Helmond
At these three petrol stations, the discount is 15% per litre of petrol and 12% per litre of diesel, calculated against the national recommended retail price. The cost of refuelling is deducted from the DAF salary.
Apply for the card using SF form 5771, in Word, DAF, general DAF forms, and send it to the PV: internal postcode D07.01.160.
LEEUW Opleidingen – discount on existing driving licence packages
LEEUW Opleidingen gives an 8% staff discount to members of the Staff Association. This applies to you as an employee as well as to your family members. This staff discount applies to all packages for moped (AM2), motorcycle (A), car (B or BE) and motorhome (C1) licences. Discount does not apply to individual products (e.g. exams, individual driving lessons etc.). Ask LEEUW Opleidingen about the options and existing driving licence packages.
Washin7 – wash your car at a reduced rate upon presentation of your discount card
In Eindhoven, Washin7 has two locations: Meerenakkerweg 5 (De Hurk industrial estate) and Kanaaldijk-Noord 23, just a one-minute drive from the DAF factory.
Members of the staff association can take advantage of the offer below! The car wash is only a one-minute drive from the DAF site (Kanaaldijk 1).
